Linde Process Plants, Inc. (LPP)’s Fabrication Facility is located on 24 acres in the City of Tulsa, Port of Catoosa Industrial Complex. The facility is comprised of two fabrication shops, two office buildings, and outdoor staging, assembly, and storage areas.

Fabrication Capabilities - Structural Steel Fabrication
Structural steel fabrication is done in a 35,000 square foot shop with 2 bays that are 70 feet wide by 250 feet long each. The following products are fabricated in this shop:
Cold box structures
Module structures
Ladders and platforms
Piperack structures
Duct work
Vessel skirts, base rings, supports and other non-pressure parts
Flare stacks
Heater shells
Non-code vessels and tanks
Tanks, decks and piperacks for NGL vaporizers

Fabrication Capabilities - Painting Fabrication Facilities
The fabrication facility works with stainless steel, chrome nickel, aluminum, and carbon steel. The primary welding processes used are FCAW, GMAW-S and SAW. This shop normally works 2 shifts.
All other fabrication is done in a 126,000 square foot shop with 6 bays that are 70 feet wide by 300 feet long each.
Bay 1- Blasting and Painting
Hoffman grit blast booth- 22 feet wide x 20 feet high x 80 feet long
Heated for curing of epoxies and polyurethanes
Internal pipe blasting and coating from 2 inch through 18 inch
Certified to apply Carboline fireproof material
Standard paint systems are Carboline 2-3 coat systems
Normally a 2-shift operation

Fabrication Capabilities - Assembly Facilities
Bays 2, 3 and 4- Mechanical Assembly, Electrical and Instrumentation.
100,000 pound (50 ton) lifting capacity.
400,000 pound (200 ton) hydraulic jacking capacity
Up to 5,000 psi pressure testing
Functional testing of electrical and instrumentation
Normally a 1 shift operation buts expands to 2 shifts when required

Bay 6- Warehouse and X-ray Vault
LPP is ISO 9001:2000 certified. There are 3 certified ISO auditors at the Shop that monitor all aspects of the operation. There are 7 Certified Welding Inspectors at this location, which includes Shop supervision.
